What’s the most fun way to exercise?
To dance or to brisk walk. It’s the absolute fun way to exercise. I haven’t decided which is my favourite, but they both achieve the same goals for me: cardio at a fun pace. You could even start with just swinging your arms while listening to music and stepping side to side.
My trick is to wear sports shoes for every occasion. To the most princess dinner, I’ll sport comfortable ballerinas.

Another key accessory I definitely sport is a portable earpiece. Choose something classy and discreet enough to not steal the look from you. The important thing is to be able to plug in to your favourite music for dance/brisk walk inspiration anytime, anywhere.
Apply some “cognitive flexibility”, the ability to adjust your behaviour to a changing environment. Use this skill to get creative about how or where to dance or brisk walk during a meeting, a dinner or just to motivate you to take the stairs instead of the elevator.
It’s the absolute fun way to exercise. Sometimes I don’t even realise I’ve done so many steps. Especially when the music is inspirational and energising. My latest addiction is 200 high jumps at every bathroom break.
I started with 20, so remember to just have fun with it. I just brisk walked into the restroom one day and needed the extra sprint. Hence the 20 and then 40 and now I’m basking in it.
After it all, I get home, have a good stretch, shower and I’ve kept up most of the boost I needed to get through the day.
